Job Purpose & Scope :-

  • Oversee effective implementation of the Quality Management System throughout all the business units of BEL.
  • Maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification for all business units of BEL and initiate actions for timely certification / re-certification / surveillance audits.
  • Prepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) and establish processes across business to deploy QMS.
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) content and coordinate the issuing of these documents.
  • Coordinate the review of procedures associated with business continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Plan internal audits/ external QMS audits as per schedule and communicate to relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor the audit progress as planned and co-ordinate with auditors and functions for timely completion of internal audits as per plan.
  • Host external quality system audits and support for smooth conduct of the audits.
